The lines represent the kangaroo fat dreaming, 

When the Old man went bush hunting and searching for the Dingo, he came across these hills.

These lines on the rocks is how he knew the Kangaroos are hiding and where his dingo went.

Biography:

Troy was born Wyndham in 1981. Mum-Shirley Drill & Father Chocolate Thomas; Goody Barette's brother.

6 brothers & 3 sisters (one has passed).

Troy grew up in Chinaman Gardens with grandparents Simon Drill, Paddy Springvale- father of Mum Shirley and Aunty Ivy Drill.

Later on in life he moved to Purnunlulu, where he was taken under the wings of his grandfather Raymond Wallaby (whom he refers to as the Big Boss)

He moved to Warmun when he was 20 years old. Married & father to 4 beautiful children. Troy used to play football and professional basketball, went around states.

He was injured playing football when he was 25, severely damaging his foot and legs, left him partially handicapped.

Inspired by his brother-in-law Dwayne Jessell and his Mum Shirley Drill. Troy started painting, only early 2024. Stating painting makes him happy, keeps him busy, connects him to country & brings back many wonderful memories

He hopes through his painting to connect to people, to make them feel like HOME, and by creating that connection they can learn more about his country & the dreamtime
