Biography:
I was born in Perth to a Yamaji mother and a Noongar father. I've come to Newman to meet family up here, to learn my history and about my family history. i'v efelt peace of mind since moving here. I like painting birds, I see birds in different places and paint them when I like them.

Wanarn Jarra This work depicts Lily’s grandmother’s country, Wanarn Jarra. Wanarn Jarra is where Karlamilyi, or Rudall River, runs underground. Large tuwa (sand hills) are also found in this area.
