Biography:
Alan Dededar born was in Bililuna station in 2/9/1954 living with his parent then was taken away to Balgo mission school as a young child then went back to his parent Alan families was the last families to walk out of bililuna. then walked to Louisa Down station while living in Louisa Down station Alan started work when he was 14 as a stockman at Louisa Down station growing up in Gooniyandi country was great getting to know the families. In the 80’s Alan started to paint his mother country and father country his mother and father use to tell him story how there walked from the great sandy desert in to Bililuna. His mother was born at Well 42 Canning Stock Route. He paints the canning stock route how his people got killed by white people poisoning the water.
