Name: Bronwyn Daniels

Community: Ngukurr

Biography:

Bronwyn grew up surrounded by talented artists including her mother Holly Daniels and her auntie Angelina George. Although inspired by these artists, she never quite painted herself. Instead she sat, watched, absorbed knowledge and learned from these talented people.

Around 2019, Djilpin Arts held a workshop and inspiration to create got the better of her. Bronwyn decided to join in, and the rest is history. Her birds artwork produced during this workshop is the only artwork she has ever produced.

Now with MJD Bronwyn has weak hands, and is unable to sign her own name. Despite this she is proud of the single piece she created.
