There are many Traditional grasses within each Clans lands- We all as custodians of Country harvest, cultivate and trade with other clans.Grass are used for weaving- cultural dance. Grass skirts, headwear, making baskets and woven coolamons.

My Introduction to painting began as part of my role as Stolen generation support worker within the woungi Unit at rumbalara aboriginal corporate.
Art is on of the programs we run to allow participants to come together to share there stories, connect with other participants and community in general.
My role is to make/allow them to be included and respected. To help record there journey so far.
