Well32 Nattery

This painting depicts women digging bush food around Well 32 on the Canning Stock Route. Within the painting you can see bush potatoes, fruits, banana from the ground, bush tomatoes and bush leaves for medicine. Seeds are also collected to make damper. Through the centre of the painting you can see the bush leaves and a waterhole. The U shapes represent the women with their digging sticks. Along the sides are the seeds that are collected for damper and the shorter ends you can see the stones. This is the artists fathers and grandmothers country.
