Nerida is based in Tjukurla community but sometimes comes to Warakurna community to paint and to see friends. Nerida paints the Minyma Tjuta story, ladies travelling around to different places (so many different colours, wildflowers). This is Nerida's mamaku country (Nerida's father's country) which lies north of Tjukurla.
