Biography:
Kira Wilson is a proud Ngarinyin woman from the Gibb Rover Road in the Kimberly Region. She is the daughter-in-law of Yinjaa-Barni Artists Justina Willis.
Kira began painting after her father passed away and painting became a comfort place for her. She paints to keep her culture alive. Now residing and working in the Pilbara, Kira says the landscape here reminds her of home and gives her inspiration for her artworks.
