Bayadherra Shell – Large Green Bayadherra shell created from a mould taken from a found turtle shell, raku with coloured glaze applied.

Vase of Emu feather flowers with emu string Flowers created with emu feathers and quandong seeds. This work reflects my practice through the use of emu feathers and raffia. Time and patience are important when making the items whilst reflecting on the natural resources.

Intruders Special women’s place for birthing babies. Men have come here to camp and are intruding. Old crow watches angrily from the tree top, sending warning.

Pink wall piece Woven wall piece created with coloured raffia, quandong seeds and emu feathers. This piece was patiently created using techniques past down from other weavers.
