ISLAND MAT This etching is one of my favourite view of a island mat design. 

Puwapun My print depicts the Puwapun (Pheasant Coucal) found on Moa Island. ‘The pheasant coucal (Centropus phasianinus) is a species of cuckoo in the family Cuculidae. It is found in Australia, Timor and New Guinea. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forest. Native Orchid There was a workshop during women week at the art centre: goal was present a native flower on the island. Here is my Native Orchid.

SOFT SHELL – 3 OF 6 This print is about how many soft shells that gets washed up on our beach up all year round.

ROPE This print is based on my father’s boat rope. Every time he went on his boat, he likes to collect different types of old and new ropes for himself. The colour orange represents a rope that has been found somewhere on small islands.

GOOSE BARNACLES Goose barnacle also seen floating on the anything that’s in the ocean. Mostly seen on floating ropes, ghost nets, boats an jetty 

WAVE – II My print depicts the waves rolling in.

Buai Buai depicts all my totem dhoeybau (Wild Yam), thabu (snake), samu (cassowary). Art Centre notes: this artwork is a black and white lino print, printed on BFK Rives paper (100% cotton rag with strong archival properties).
