Biography:

Yikartu Bumba was born in the 1940's on Nyangumarta country.

She came to La Grange  in the 1960's with her two sisters, two children and one husband.  La Grange was a mission back then.

Yikartu paints the country she came from and the stories from her mother and father's side.
