Her family lived in this area with she was a little girl in the Percival Lakes region. There is warla (Lake) that was was sometimes to hot to walk on and burnt their feet. There are two rock holes there and after burning and the rains the green grass grows. “People used to drink and live there with my family, Lake Country- Warla. Biography:
When I was in Newman I used to loo at all the old people painting. My more was there and I was watching them, learning from them. I liked their painting and I started painting more in Broome.
I came from the desert but I grew up in Bidyadanga, La Grange Mission. I went to High school in Derby and Broome and then stayed in Bidyadanga. I went to Punmu and 33 (Kunawarritji) with my Ex-husband Grant. Now I live in Broome.
