Yolŋu artist Daphne Banyawarra is a strong Ganalbingu woman from Gurrwiliny (Arafura Wetlands). Her intricate and highly skilled works are made from naturally dyed pandanus and kurrajong plant materials sourced from the bush surrounding Ramingining, Arnhem Land.
